How to become a great player in basketball player. You become a great basketball player by first having the mentality that your a great player. Then you must have the confidence that your going to win every game you go into even when the odds are thin.

You become a great basketball player by mastering all aspects of the game, mentally physically and psychologically. You then begin to work on mastering the art of shooting, rebounding, and defense. Also to become a great basketball player you have to be smart, always think on your feet and know the game. When you have a balanced attack on offense and great defense (like Lebron James 😄) you will be a great player. You also have to be a leader and show a lot of leadership on your team especially if your the best on your team. Oh and one more important thing, probably the most important thing you need to be a great basketball player.....You have to have HEART.

My greatest strength as intern for the Police Athletic League (PAL) was being a strong mentor for the kids willing to learn how to play the game of basketball. Also keeping them out of trouble by telling them to pursue their dreams and to always work hard toward what you want.

My greatest weakness was not getting there on time sometimes and not showing up sometimes. That's something I Definitely have to work on. Being late is something I have to work on because if that was a real job I would've either Been fired or my pay would've gotten deducted. But other than that I feel like that was my only weakness.

One thing very significant I found about my internship was working with kids and making them better in basketball, and making them better people. Also another significant part of my internship was being a role model for the kids.

Another thing that was significant was me getting my jump shot a little better. Before the people came into the school to go to the PAL program I got to put up some jump shots before the people came upstairs. There really isn't more "significant" about my internship except me being a role model to the kids and me getting to shoot around before the people came. :/

One thing that my mentor has told me was "no matter where you go you are what you are". What he said stuck with me and will stick with me always because, this quote speaks to me mentally and when I play basketball it is something I say to myself.

This quote speaks volumes in my life because, when people apply for jobs or meet new people they tend to act and dress differently from before. Another reason is because when I go to different places to play basketball I used to be really nervous. I used to do really good in practice and then not do good in games. But then I realized if I just played my own game and just be myself on the court I can really be great..!!

So that quote has stuck with me for a long time for the little reasons like that. If your not going to be yourself, when it is time to be yourself people won't like you. My own personal quote for you guys lol.

My favorite song of all time is "Rise and Shine" by J Cole.this is by far my favorite my favorite song because, the song speaks to me in ways no will ever understand. Also this song is by my favorite artist. Another reason why Rise and Shine is my favorite song because it motivates me to do what i love most in this world, is play BASKETBALL.

The song Rise and Shine will instantly make me want to play basketball. so its only right that your love for a sport can link to your favorite song. J Cole talks about a lot of subjects of different things during his verses but, when the chorus comes on he says something that really speaks to me and gives me drive to play basketball. Also, Rise and Shine is my favorite song because in a highlight video made for Derrick Rose on YouTube, the song that was playing was Rise and Shine and the way the song intertwined with the video made me listen. then i ended up really liking the song.
